I. Made-to-Order & One of One按单制作 · 件件孤品

Each piece is entirely hand-sculpted and hand-painted, and exists exactly once — never reproduced. Because of this, most pieces are made to order unless marked Available.每件作品皆由手工捏塑、手绘完成，且仅此一件——绝不复刻。因此，除非标注“现货”，多数作品均为按单制作。

• In-stock pieces — shipped within 3–5 business days after payment.现货作品——付款后 3–5 个工作日内发出。
• Made-to-order pieces — crafted and ready to ship within 12–20 days.按单制作作品——制作并备妥发货需 12–20 天。
• Rush orders — express crafting available in 6–10 days (small surcharge, ask before ordering).加急订单——可 6–10 天加急制作（另收少量加急费，下单前请先咨询）。
• Bespoke commissions — fully custom designs, colourways and sizes, made in 45 days.定制委托——设计、配色与尺寸全面定制，45 天完成。

Slight variations in glaze, tone and brushwork are inherent to handmade work — each piece is truly yours alone.釉色、色调与笔触的细微差异是手作的天然印记——每一件都真正只属于你。

II. Shipping配送

• Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express courier (DHL / FedEx, 3–7 days) available at cost — just ask.所有订单均免标准运费。可加价发国际快递（DHL / FedEx，3–7 天）——需要请提前告知。
• Every parcel is double-boxed with foam and bubble layers: breakage in transit is extremely rare.每个包裹均以泡沫与气泡膜双层箱包装：运输途中破损极为罕见。
• Tracking number is sent to your email on the day of dispatch.发货当天，我们会将物流单号发送至你的邮箱。

Customs: international parcels may incur import duties or VAT, which are the buyer's responsibility. We declare parcels accurately and honestly.海关：国际包裹可能产生进口关税或增值税，由买家承担。我们会如实、准确地申报包裹。

III. Damage, Returns & Refunds破损、退货与退款

Arrived damaged?到货破损？

We make it right, quickly. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging — we will ship a replacement (where possible) or issue a full refund, your choice. You will not be asked to return the damaged item.我们会尽快妥善处理。请在收货后 7 天内联系我们，并附上作品与包装的照片——我们将补寄替换（视情况而定）或全额退款，由你选择。无需退回破损作品。

Changed your mind?改变主意了？

Because every piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork, we cannot accept returns of non-defective items. Please review photos and dimensions carefully before ordering — and feel free to ask us anything beforehand.由于每件作品都是独一无二的孤品艺术品，非瑕疵件恕不接受退货。下单前请仔细查看照片与尺寸——有任何疑问，欢迎随时先行咨询。

Order cancellation订单取消

• In-stock pieces — cancellations accepted within 24 hours of payment, full refund.现货作品——付款后 24 小时内可取消，全额退款。
• Made-to-order / bespoke pieces — cancellations accepted within 48 hours of payment (before crafting begins); after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable as materials and studio time are already committed.按单制作 / 定制作品——付款后 48 小时内可取消（须在开工前）；开工后定金不退，因材料与工时已投入。
